David is a master building inspector, a certified drone pilot, an Infared camera operator and he is well known for his building design creativity, and project management skills.

Home
Inspection

Thermal X-Ray Inspections, include a thorough visual inspection of the home and all its systems, from roof to foundation, including structure, roof, foundation, exterior, interior, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical.

Home Infared Camera Scan

A complete scan of your home is performed with an infrared camera, the same camera is being used today in military, law enforcement and fire departments.

Home Warranty Inspection

This service can be provided on completion of renovations or when your new home is ready for delivery from the builder.

Meet The Team

David Armstrong

David has spent his past 40 years as an entrepreneur, directly involved with earthmoving, highway construction, building construction, manufacturing, tourism, aquaculture, and business management. He volunteers his time to various groups promoting tourism and economic development in New Brunswick. David is a certified master home inspector, a certified thermographer specializing in building diagnostics. He is a home and building design consultant, a project manager, a landscape specialist, and a property concept designer. David loves a challenge.

Leslie Armstrong

Leslie had spent 20 years working with PEI Government " Social Services” 5 years as an Administrator of a Community Care Facility and 4 years as a Human Resource -Marketing Director of a Hotel and now as the Owner and CEO of Thermal X-Ray Inspections Inc. She is a certified master home inspector, a very competent landscaper, as well as a home makeover specialist.
